Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows will be charged 50% of the booking fee. This policy allows us to dedicate our time and resources to each client and keep the studio running smoothly. We truly appreciate your understanding.
