Orders cannot be canceled past 24 hours once processed.

We aim to process and ship orders promptly.

Delivery times may vary based on location and external factors.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All pieces are made to order with care and intention.

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after 24 hours of placing your order.

Each garment is created specifically for you which helps us reduce waste and ensure mindful production.

We invite you to schedule a try-on appointment in our NYC studio (found under "appointments") before purchasing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is owned by Alexis Levan and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
