• Are your pieces made to order?
  Yes! Every Alexis Levan piece is made to order in New York City's Garment District. By producing each garment individually, we are able to focus on quality, craftsmanship, and intentional production.

• How long will my order take?
  Our standard production timeline for most pieces is approximately 10 weeks from the date of purchase. However, our more intricate ceremony gowns require an additional production timeline of 6 months. Please refer to the individual product page for each garments specific lead time.

• Do you offer rush orders?
  Yes, rush options can be selected at checkout where available. For any special requests, please contact customercare@alexislevan.com with your desired style and event date.

• What is your return or exchange policy?
  As each Alexis Levan piece is made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns but exchanges for a different size are accommodated on a case by case basis. We encourage you to review our size guide, email our team with sizing questions or schedule a studio appointment before purchasing to ensure you feel confident in your selection.

• How should I care for my Alexis Levan piece?
  Our designs often feature delicate French laces, silks, intricate trims, and specialty fabrics. We recommend professional cleaning by a specialist experienced in luxury garments. Please refer to the individual garment's care instructions for specific recommendations.
   

Appointments

• Where is Alexis Levan based?
  Alexis Levan is based in New York City, with an intimate studio on Manhattan's Upper West Side. All collection pieces are produced locally in New York City's Garment District.

• Can I bring guests to my appointment?
  We welcome you and up to two guests to your appointment. Our studio is designed to offer an intimate, relaxed, and personalized experience.

• What sizes are available to try on?
  Our studio samples are primarily available in sizes 2–8. You can find what size is available for try-on per garment under its product details on site. If your measurements fall outside of our sample range, our team will absolutely still guide you in trying on the collection and help determine the best size and fit for you.
   

Sizing & Alterations

• How do I know what size to order? 
  We recommend reviewing our size guide, available on each product page, and comparing it with your current measurements. If you're between sizes or need additional guidance, please email customercare@alexislevan.com. Our team is happy to help you find the best fit.

• Do you offer alterations? 
  Our collection pieces are made to order according to our standard size chart rather than individually tailored to your measurements. Minor alterations may be necessary to achieve your desired fit, and we recommend working with a trusted local tailor once you receive your garment.
   

Custom Design

• Can I customize an existing design?
  We may be able to accommodate select modifications depending on the design and production timeline. Whether you're interested in adjusting a length, changing a detail, or exploring a different fabric, please reach out to our team to discuss what may be possible. Additional fees will apply.

• Can I discuss custom options during my regular try-on appointment?
  Custom designs require a separate consultation with Alexis and are not discussed during regular collection try-on appointments. If you're interested in creating a custom piece, please complete our Custom Inquiry Form on site and Alexis will get back to you with additional details and how to schedule a private custom consultation!
  
  Stockist & Shipping

• Do you ship internationally?
  Yes, we welcome international orders! Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, and customs fees, which are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

• Where can I shop Alexis Levan in person?
  For now, we invite you to visit our New York City studio or shop the collection online at alexislevan.com. Stockist locations will be announced soon as making our pieces more available to you is a top priority, please stay tuned!
