Production & Processing
All Alexis Levan pieces are thoughtfully made to order in New York City's Garment District. Please allow approximately 10 weeks for production, unless otherwise specified on the individual product page. Production timelines begin once your order has been confirmed and do not include shipping time. We recommend placing your order well in advance of your event to allow time for delivery and any necessary alterations.
Rush Orders
Rush production may be available for select styles, depending on our current production schedule. Rush fees apply and can be selected at checkout where available. For special requests or time-sensitive orders, please contact customercare@alexislevan.com before purchasing.
Domestic Shipping
We ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please note that shipping times are separate from our production timelines. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Alexis Levan is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping
We welcome international orders! Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
Please note that import duties, VAT, customs fees, and any additional taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. International delivery timelines may be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control.
Returns & Exchanges
As each Alexis Levan piece is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns.
We may be able to accommodate size exchanges for select styles, subject to stock availability. Exchanges are not guaranteed and must be approved by our team. If you would like to inquire about a size exchange, please contact customercare@alexislevan.com.
We encourage you to carefully review our size guide or schedule a try-on appointment at our New York City studio before purchasing.
Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact customercare@alexislevan.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will promptly review your concerns and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
This timeframe is intended to help us address issues as quickly as possible and does not affect your applicable consumer rights.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations cannot be accommodated as your made-to-order piece enters our production process.
